Kendal Mountain Festival Ghyll Scramble 2019

What's happening?

November 14-17th sees the return of the Kendal Mountain Festival 2019 and INTO THE OUTSIDE are hosting a special event for festival goers: 2 days of Ghyll Scrambling!
Come out on an action packed adventure in one of Cumbria's best mountain rivers to freshen the head and get your adrenalin fix before immersing yourself in the next round of adventure cinematography!
Spend the morning climbing stunning waterfalls jumping into crystal clear plunge pools before you settle in to the films and lectures on the Friday and Saturday afternoon and evening.
We will supply you with everything you need, wetsuit, cag, helmet and buoyancy aid and qualified guides. All you will need is swim stuff, a pair of shoes you don't mind getting wet, a towel, your sense of adventure and let us take care of the rest!!
The two Ghyll scrambling sessions will take place over the weekend, the first on Saturday 16th November 2019.
We will be meeting at 10am at the Sun Inn, Coniston, Cumbria, LA21 8HQ (Transport for 8 can be provided from Kendal so best get in quick!)
Estimate finish in Coniston 1pm.
£45 per person. Minimum 4 people.
